A number of parishioners have expressed interest in pursuing a conversation about the recent Pennsylvania Grand Jury report about sexual abuse in six dioceses in Pennsylvania and the cover-ups by bishops of the dioceses. The re-opening of this horrible wound in the body of the church has caused new levels of stress and challenges to the faith of many Catholics.
This Sunday, September 16 at 2:00 pm you are invited to join in a conversation about the current state of the crisis, how it is affecting us and share insights and support. A member of the Archdiocesan Victim Assistance Ministry will also be present to answer any questions about available services and support options offered by the Archdiocese. We will gather in the Social Hall. All are welcome.
