Baptism for Children

All those wishing to have their child(ren) baptized should contact the Rectory office at 773.764.3621 to schedule the baptism. 

Parents are asked fill out the Baptismal Intake Form below and email it to stgertrude1420@stgertrudechicago.org or call the Rectory office and provide the necessary information for the baptismal certificates.
