Forms Required
Those who will be confirmed in 2025 need to complete the forms in the next section.
These forms are strictly for those to be confirmed in 2024. All must have at least two years in the Confirmation program to receive the sacrament.
Confirmation Fee
There is a Sacramental Fee of $65 per child. Please enter $65 in the amount box and indicate this is a one-time payment..
News about Fr. Dom
We are so sad to share that Fr. Dominic Grassi passed away. We do not have any funeral information yet, but as soon as we know, we will share it. Please keep his family, many friends, and all the communities where he served in your prayers. He will be deeply missed.
